The owners of Holidays Overseas are primarily involved in property investment both in the UK and Overseas – having substantial portfolios as individuals and having been involved in the purchasing and renting of property over the last 20 years.
Holidays Overseas is a website which has three objectives: -
- Promote Holiday Accommodation that is available for holidaymakers to rent directly from the property owner(s)
- Advertise UK and overseas properties for sale directly from the property owner(s)
- Attract new property owners to list their rental accommodation and properties for sale on the website
Blue Ice first became involved with Holidays Overseas to re-design the front end of an existing website. This was successfully completed at the beginning of 2011.
Blue Ice became involved with Holidays Overseas again in late 2011 to address some site maintenance issues and then to completely redesign the website using Joomla 1.5.
The website was upgraded to run the latest version of the fantastic JomRes Joomla reservation software and to run the latest version of the very functional JEA Estate Agency software.
The finished website, benefits from a completely fresh and stunning new design using the company brand colours of red, black and blue.
Holiday makers can search for and find worldwide holiday accommodation and book directly online. Property owners can submit their properties to the website easily.
