Following on from the success of our first two property development websites, Blue Ice was asked to develop a third website for a new property development in central London.

Our client was the same successful London-based graphic design agency and their client was the same major property developer with many prestigious developments throughout the UK and Europe.

Once again WordPress was chosen as the software of choice to power the website. The advantage of using WordPress is that it is covered by an Open Source license meaning that it is essentially free for anyone to download and use. Using WordPress would keep costs down and reduce development time significantly.

Working from the official brochure a website design was created using a sleek and stylish colour scheme of grey and white.

The finished website benefits from a sleek html landing page with 2 options either to enter the main website which describes the residential apartments or to enter a second mini-site which describes a number of retail units available for rent underneath the residential apartments.

The home pages of both the residential apartments and retail units websites benefit from a sleek slideshow which showcases computer generated images of the yet-to-be built property development as well as pictures of the local area.

Other pages describe the local area and transport infrastructure as well as a site plan of the entire development. There are also floor plans pages with internal dimensions of each apartment/retail unit and a table of rents for the retail units.

In total there are 22 pages on the website (1 landing page, 5 retail pages and 16 residential pages)

The contact pages have a contact form for prospective buyers/tenants to submit their enquiries and there is a link to download the official brochure in the footer of every page.
